Pricing & Payments

 

Do you require a deposit?
Yes.  30% Deposit up front, and the rest due upon launch/delivery of the site.

Are payment plans available?
Yes.  After the initial deposit, we can set up a payment plan to be paid in full before site launch/delivery.

Do you charge hourly or by project?
I generally charge by project unless its work that was not discussed during the initial planning or quote process for the project, then my rate is $65.00 per hour and I will discuss it with you before any additional charges are added.

 

Website-Specific FAQs

Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes.  All sites I build are designed with a mobile first approach.

Will I be able to update my site myself?
Yes.  I will create a basic training manual, but if you feel like you cant update it or dont want the headache, I also provide maintnance plans.

Do you provide hosting or domain services?
No.  I will have you purchase that separately before I get started on your website.

Is SEO included?
Yes.  Basic SEO is included with all packages, and the higher package include more advanced SEO.

Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes.* Limitations are based on your current web design platform, and if you change platforms or we use the same one.

Do you build e-commerce sites?
Yes.  I build small eCommerce sites using WooCommerce as the interface for payments, inventory and presentation.  Additional charges apply for eCommerce.

Branding & Graphic Design FAQs

 

Do I own the final design files?
Yes.  I will package and send to you upon completion of the project.

What file formats will I receive?
I work with Adobe products – InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Can you match my existing brand?
Yes. As long as colors, font and any specific guidelines are provided.

Will you provide brand guidelines?
I will prove a brand guide including colors, and font.

Can you design just a logo or single asset?
Yes.  I do work ranging from one asset/logo to an entire marketing package.

After Launch Support

 

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes.  Pricing starts at $279 per month.

Do you offer training or walkthroughs?
Yes.  I provide a basic walkthrough in person or virtual, as well as a basic pdf guide.

Can I request updates after launch?
Yes, but an hourly fee of $65/hr will be charged unless you have purchaed a maintenance plan.

Do you provide tech support?
No.  Technology questions are better directed towards an IT expert as I am limited in knowledge of advanced support.
